Pantheon Design™ is seeking a driven and forward-thinking Advanced Manufacturing & Robotics Intern to join our elite innovation team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to bridge the gap between digital intelligence and physical production by working with remote 3-D printing forges, autonomous robotics, and AI-driven logistics.

As an intern, you will work alongside our technical team to support the development of hyper-automated manufacturing pipelines. You will gain hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Generative AI/ML, and Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), building scalable solutions that ensure mission-critical readiness in the world’s most austere and forward-operating environments.

• Support Hyper-Automation: Assist in the integration of RPA workflows that manage the end-to-end lifecycle of 3-D printed parts.
• AI/ML Optimization: Help refine generative design models and predictive maintenance algorithms used to forecast hardware failures.
• Forge Operations: Support R&D efforts in additive manufacturing, testing new metal and composite material properties for remote deployment.
• Drone & Logistics Support: Contribute to prototypes for autonomous delivery systems and "last-mile" drone logistics.
• Digital Library Management: Assist in securing and optimizing encrypted digital part repositories for "Just-in-Time" production.

• Academic Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Technical Curiosity: A foundational understanding of additive manufacturing (3-D printing), CAD/CAM software, or robotics programming.
• Innovation Mindset: Interest in emerging technologies such as Generative AI, computer vision, and autonomous systems.
• Precision & Detail: Strong analytical thinking with a focus on quality assurance and mechanical tolerances.
